Okay, so here is a recipe for some turkey burgers that we thought we would share with all of you. These burgers are full of flavor and just the right amount of spicy. Absolutely perfect for the grill and Perfectly Paleo.

Ingredients:

1 13 Pounds ground turkey (average package size)
¼ large brown onion
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
1 whole jalapeño, seeded(or not if you want in spicier)
1 Clove garlic, whole
1 Lemon
1 Teaspoon Dried oregano
1 Tablespoon Sea salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chile Powder
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Head Romaine lettuce
1 Tomato, sliced

Directions: In a large bowl, place the ground turkey and all of the dry spices (salt, pepper, chile powder, cumin, and cayenne) and the chopped cilantro. Put the onion, jalapeño, garlic, and the juice from the lemon in a blender and puree until smooth. Put the puree in the bowl with the turkey and spices mix until thoroughly blended together. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form into patties. You can cook in a medium skillet over medium high heat for 4 - 5 minutes on each side, or throw them on the grill until thoroughly cooked.
Serve them with the leaves of the romaine lettuce taking the place of the bun and top with the sliced tomatoes. Served with fresh veggies, and some kale chips for a perfect meal!
