Do I have to be a member of one of these CrossFit gym to receive meals?
Yes. You must be a member of one of our affiliated gyms to receive meals unless you have the permission from the gym owner to pick up at their location.

Why do you only deliver to CrossFit gyms?
We believe in CrossFit. We CrossFit. We know how difficult these workouts can be because we do them. We know the importance of diet in the CrossFit community and the paramount difference it makes in your performance. We have designed our meals specifically to work with your workouts to improve your overall performance. You will find yourself lifting heavier, running faster, working harder, and shaving those precious seconds off your times.

What is the Auto Pay option?
When you sign up for auto pay you are signing up for a weekly standing order. This is a permanent order and you will continue to receive your meals indefinitely each week without any need to reorder and your payment will be automatically drafted. There is no contract or obligation to how long you want to remain on auto pay and you can cancel at any time for any reason without any notice.

What if I am signed up with a standing order and I go on vacation or out of town for a week and do not need meals that week?
Just let us know and we will put your order on hold.

What if I am signed up with a standing order and only need meals for a few days one week, or a partial week?
Let us know and we will refund the balance of the days you will be missing that week (i.e. if your weekly payment is $30.00 and you will be out of town Thursday and Friday your refund total would be $12.00). This refund model is only available for auto pay clients and is one of the perks of signing up for our auto pay feature.

How do I cancel my standing order?
Just contact us by phone. text, or email to let us know you would like to cancel your standing order, or follow the instructions in the next question.

How long can I keep my meals before I eat them?
We use no preservatives in any of our foods, thus the quality quickly degrades. We recommend eating them the same day they were prepared if possible. Otherwise, they should be consumed no more than two days after. The use by date is included on your meal label for your convenience.
